Job Description

We are looking for a Lead HVAC Engineer, with at least five years of experience who can independently lead and be responsible for smaller assignments or take leading roles in larger projects.

We seek someone who finds challenges in projects and has experience in HVAC design or assembly and project management. We believe you have the desire and ability to find the optimal solution for the assignment where the customer is the main driving force. Our goal is to always be the best partner to the best customers.

Perhaps you are already leading design assignments, responsible for projects, or mentoring others? Or do you feel ready to take that step after many years in the industry?

If you enjoy taking initiative and working independently in an environment characterized by unpretentious teamwork, while also having a good ability to communicate and build trust both internally and externally, you will thrive with us. Qualifications

We would like you to have:

• at least five years of experience in the industry.
• social and technical competence.
• a desire to develop and grow in an expanding company.
• good communication skills, as well as being a good listener and team player.
• proficiency in both technical Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• a valid driver's license B - as travel may be a natural part of consulting life.
